Hello, witches! We do a lot of witchy and magickal unboxings here at PopHorror. I don’t know about you, but I love to feel like a nature witch in every aspect of my life. However, to feel magickal, you don’t need to use magick all the time. What am I getting at? There is a company called Tarabusi Creek that makes some amazing body care items that will leave you spellbound. Check them out! A huge thank you to Stephanie at Tarabusi Creek for sending these items our way. She sent so many amazing things, and they are just a fraction of the products that are offered on the website. Let’s dig in to what was sent. Photo by DD Crowley The first items out of the box are the ones that I have used the most since doing the unboxing. First, we have the Dewdrop Moisturizer. It is summer, which means a lot of sweating. You don’t want to feel oily and greasy from your facial moisturizer, because that is a great way to start the day on the wrong foot. I have been skipping the heavy face creams in the morning and using this for my morning routine instead, and I love it. It is light, scentless and massages into your skin quickly without leaving a residue. I have had nearly zero breakouts the whole summer using it, and my skin just feels nicer. It has aloe, jojoba oil, argan oil and calendula and is a steal at $11.50. The only downside is that my pump didn’t work, so I have to use the tube to get the product. Regardless, LOVE IT. Another item that I have been using like crazy is the Spellbound lotion. I like it less for how it makes my skin feel (although it does leave your skin feeling soft), but more for the smell. It is VERY strong and overpowering at first, so if you are bothered by strong smells, skip this lotion. But if you are like me and enjoy them, this is amazing. The scent becomes a lot more delicate the more it works with your body chemistry and lasts literally all day. You will smell like a glorious magick cabinet that combines into an almost bubblegum-like smell. I enjoy this one a lot. Photo by DD Crowley Next out of the care package from Tarabusi Creek is the Ambrosia Sugar Scrub. I did a wee experiment with this. I needed to scrub my feet (sandals are a killer) and used Ambrosia on one foot and another sugar scrub on the other with a courser grain. Then, I asked my husband which foot felt softer and more hydrated, and the Ambrosia won by a landslide. It smells like fresh cut apples, which takes my witchy heart all the way to fall. It doesn’t leave an oily residue and works very well. I highly recommend this one. You can try it for only $13.50. I will be honest and say I haven’t YET tried the Enchanted Face Mask, but that’s not for lack of wanting to. It does have a baby food look to it due to the addition of matcha, but it smells amazing. I thought with the matcha that it would have that barnyard-like smell, but there is no hint of that at all. When I do finally get some home spa time, you better believe I’m slathering this on my overworked face. You can, too, for $13.50. Photo by DD Crowley Tarabusi Creek doesn’t just do skincare. Oh no, they also make their own candles and wax melts, too. The one we are going to look at is the Moonglow Wax Melt. It has a heavy, dark fragrance that will transport you to a wooden cabin on a dark and chilly October night. It’s woodsy and spicy and perfect for inciting a fall ambiance to your home, even in August. You can try this for $6.50. Photo by DD Crowley Next from Tarabusi Creek are the candles. I adore this Black Chamomile candle and the description had me at “men’s cologne.” I love the smell of men’s cologne, and I have actually purchased some to spray in my home before as very expensive air freshener. Men’s cologne lacks the overwhelming sweetness that most perfumes have, which makes their clean or spicy fragrances the perfect alternative. This scent is warm and beachy and heavy. It is a great summer fragrance that you can have in your home for only $7.50. Photo by DD Crowley The last item from Tarabusi Creek is the Moonflower Candle. I liked this one even more than the Black Chamomile candle, if that’s even possible. This one is more clean and floral than the previous smell, but it doesn’t overwhelm with the smell of flowers. In my opinion, this is a great spring or summer smell, and may just be my favorite home fragrance smell out of the three. This one is also $7.50. That’s it for the Tarabusi Creek unboxing! While this company isn’t a magickal company, you can be a spa witch with these amazing items. Everything that I have used so far, I have loved. You can shop their summer products on their site HERE . I was not paid to do this review. The opinions on these products are mine and mine alone from trying them out personally. Thank you again to Tarabusi Creek for sending these items. We will see you on the next unboxing!
